Starting the day well in Bressuire begins right here. Every morning from 7:00 am, our generous and locally inspired breakfast buffet is set up in our large, bright and welcoming dining room. Available until 9:30 am on weekdays and until 10:30 am on weekends and public holidays, it is designed to satisfy every appetite, whether you are young or old, in a hurry or taking your time.
Artisan pastries delivered fresh each morning by our local bakers, organic and gluten-free products, cheeses, fresh seasonal fruits, honey from the Poitevin bocage and artisan jams: the breakfast buffet at the Brit Hotel Bressuire is above all an invitation to enjoy good food, with products carefully selected from regional producers and artisans.

A local breakfast buffet
with a wide variety of sweet and savoury options
Every morning, enjoy a variety of breads and pastries: croissants, pain au chocolat, brioche, baguettes and whole-grain breads, freshly delivered by two local artisan bakeries: Boulangerie Labergris and La Boulangerie Nano.
For guests with specific dietary needs, we also offer a selection of certified organic gluten-free products provided by Biocoop Bressuire: vacuum-packed breads (plain loaf, sourdough, mini baguette), crisp toasts (three-grain, unsalted buckwheat), oat flakes and crunchy mueslis.
Our buffet also features a selection of cheeses, cold cuts and dairy products, carefully chosen and accompanied by PDO salted and unsalted butter, artisan jams and local honey with the distinctive aromas of the Poitevin bocage.
Sweet lovers will also find yogurts, fresh seasonal fruits and cereals to create their breakfast just the way they like it.
As for drinks, coffee, loose-leaf tea, hot chocolate and fruit juices, including a farm-made apple juice, are available throughout the service. An automatic orange juicer is also available.
Eggs are served hard-boiled each morning to add that warm and comforting touch that makes breakfast a truly enjoyable moment.

The price of our breakfast buffet is €14. Children aged 5 to 12 benefit from a €7 rate.
For travelers in a hurry, an express option is available upon request at reception. Room service is also available for an additional €3.50, as well as a takeaway breakfast option upon request.

On our tables each morning, the honey from Romain, a passionate beekeeper based in the Poitevin bocage, invites you to discover a preserved terroir just a short distance from Bressuire. Carefully harvested, his honey with floral and woody notes reflects authentic nature and true artisanal know-how. A wonderful way to support a local producer from the very first meal of the day.
Muroise & Compagnie
Founded in 2012 by two friends, Muroise & Compagnie is a 100% women-led artisanal jam maker located in the Nantes vineyards. These Adventurous Artisan Jam Makers prepare their jams using a traditional method: carefully selected fruits, cooking in copper cauldrons, and hand-filling each jar to achieve an incomparable richness of fruit pieces. Among their recipes, their signature jam stands out with its intense blackberry and raspberry flavors.
